BEVERLY — A newly-renovated home designed by iconic architect Frank Lloyd Wright just hit the market for $749,900 in Beverly.
Built in 1917, the house had not been listed since 1999, according to Curbed Chicago, when it sold for only $218,000. Now, after a restoration that the listing says brought the house "to its original beauty," it's back on the market.
The two-floor home has four bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms, with a wide backyard and patio.
