GRAND CROSSING — The Gary Comer Center will address safety at a July 16 conference for teens.
The Teen Safety Day event will be held at the center, 7200 S. Ingleside Ave., from 1:30-5 p.m. Attendees will discuss different ways they can safely navigate the world in and out of school.
There will be workshops, which will touch on Internet safety, driving safety, anti-bullying and more. The conference is geared toward teens, but parents are welcome.
