Man Found Beaten in Logan Square Early Friday

CHICAGO — Police are investigating after a 33-year-old man was found badly beaten in Logan Square.

Around 8:11 p.m., the man was found lying on the sidewalk in the 3200 block of West North Avenue with head injuries and possibly a broken arm, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition. The man was unable to tell police what happened, Estrada said.

No one is in custody for the attack.
