HYDE PARK — The Museum of Science and Industry is getting ready for a party with even more robots.

On July 18-19 the museum at 5700 S. Lake Shore Drive will hold a Robot Block Party with snake robots, musical robots and more.

During the block party in the rotunda of the museum there will be a robot dance party, Human-Tim and Robot-Tim will perform and university labs will bring out some of the cutting-edge robots still in development.

All the activities are included with admission to the museum, which is $18 for adults, $11 for kids age 3-11 and $17 for seniors.

The event will complement the museum's ongoing “Robot Revolution” exhibit.
