CHICAGO — A 19-year-old man was hurt in a shooting Friday afternoon in Chatham, police said.

Around 12:47 p.m., the man was shot in his foot in the 700 block of East 92nd Place, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a Chicago Police spokesman, citing preliminary information.

No further information was available.
