DOWNTOWN — These look better than most playoff beards.
The Art Institute of Chicago, known for putting hockey helmets on its iconic Michigan Avenue lions during the NHL playoffs, has been tweeting photos of some of its paintings with Blackhawks-inspired tweaks lately as the hockey club skates for its third championship in six seasons.
The museum's Twitter feed Monday added a hockey stick to "The Song of the Lark," a Blackhawks sweater to "Paris Street; Rainy Day" and beards to "A Sunday on La Grand Jatte," among others.
