UPTOWN — If you've been hearing the country lyrics "rock me mama like a wagon wheel" blaring from the bar speakers a lot lately, you're not alone.

The most popular song played at neighborhood taverns in the 60640 zip code is Darius Rucker's rendition of "Wagon Wheel," according to data obtained by DNAinfo Chicago.

We collected data from TouchTunes, the company that owns those Internet jukeboxes in local bars, and broke it down by zip code.

The top 10 songs in zip code 6040, which includes Uptown and Andersonville, are:

1. Darius Rucker, "Wagon Wheel"

2. Garth Brooks, "Friends In Low Places"

3. Meghan Trainor, "All About That Bass"

4. Enrique Iglesias, "Bailando" (Feat Descemer Bueno & Gente De Zona)

5. Journey, "Don't Stop Believin'"

6. Queen, "Fat Bottomed Girls"

7. Elvis Presley, "Suspicious Minds"

8. Van Morrison, "Brown Eyed Girl"

9. Lynyrd Skynyrd, "Simple Man"

TouchTunes, a digital jukebox company, has hundreds of machines across the city. The company gave us the top songs played across Chicago's ZIP codes over a year (between May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015).

Most ZIP codes have at least one TouchTunes device, while others — especially those Downtown — have dozens. A few ZIP codes don't have any.

One song that's huge in several neighborhoods: "Soy de Rancho" by Mexican star El Komander. In neighborhoods north of Downtown, Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" gets played a lot.
