ENGLEWOOD — Mayor Rahm Emanuel will attend the unveiling of a new business support center on Tuesday.

The Englewood Blue 1647 is in partnership with the Greater Englewood Community Development Corp. The new Englewood center is designed to help new businesses and entrepreneurs connect to resources and programs provided by Emanuel's Small Business Center.

Tuesday's free program will be held at the center, 815 W. 63rd St., from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. There will be access to a capital workshop, help setting up a legal entity, one-on-one appointments to offer legal advice, food business requirements and more.

A Google workshop will cover setting up a website and being found on Google. There will be panels and lots of networking. Lunch will be provided.

Interested participants must RSVP by Monday at 3 p.m.
