ENGLEWOOD — A free health fair on May 23 will help raise awareness about diabetes.
The event will be from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Ogden Park Field House, 6500 S. Racine Ave. Attendees will receive nutrition advice, health insurance information, blood pressure checks and diabetic assessments.
The goal is to help people understand how to live a healthier lifestyle and show them how they can utilize the resources in their community, officials said.
