CHICAGO — No one was hurt during a fire Friday morning in Humboldt Park, officials said.

At 5:20 a.m., a fire broke out in a 2½-story apartment building at 520 N. Spaulding Ave., according to Fire Department officials.

The blaze was extinguished shortly before 6 a.m. but firefighters remained on the scene to chase hotspots, officials said.
