WEST TOWN — Popular Chicago Avenue boutiques Ad Hoc and Study Hall are clearing out racks of winter clothing to make room for spring styles in a "Boutique Blowout" sale Sunday.

Along with deals on clothes from a half dozen shops, the Bitter Betty Bazaar, scheduled for noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at Innertown Pub, 1935 W. Thomas St., will offer handcrafted items from local artisans.

Among the mix are jewelry, soaps, candles, cross-stitch, greeting cards, original art and more.

Also on tap: pastries from Sweet Cakes Bakery, a "kick-a-- Bloody Mary bar and a free raffle featuring prizes donated by neighborhood businesses, organizers say.

Admission is free.  For more info, visit the Bitter Betty Bazaar Facebook page.

Cookies from Sweet Cakes Bakery will be for sale at the Bazaar:
