Buena Park Neighbors Association
UPTOWN — This year celebrate Easter by giving back to those in need.
The Buena Park Neighbors Association is hosting its annual Buena Bunnies event from 2-3 p.m. March 22 at Saint Mary of the Lake, 4200 N. Sheridan Road.
At the event, volunteers, including Buena Park residents and Ald. James Cappleman (46th), will hand-craft baskets for children of low-income families.
The baskets will be distributed on April 5, which is Easter Sunday.
Volunteers should enter through the door on the south side of the western-most building.
