ENGLEWOOD — Excel Academy Englewood says students who are behind in their coursework or who want to graduate in under three years can still enroll in the school by Friday.
The alternative CPS school at 7141 S. Morgan St. gives students between the ages of 16-21 and need more credits a chance to still finish high school. Even though classes began Jan. 26, school officials said that a student can begin Monday if they bring all of their documentation in by Friday at 10 a.m.
Excel Academy Englewood students can earn up to five credits per semester and 10 per year, officials said. The curriculum and class structure allow students to get their diploma within less than three years.
