CHICAGO — Police are warning Logan Square residents about a pair of strong-armed robberies that occurred in early January.

During the robberies, the victim was pushed to the ground and struck before being robbed, police said.

The first incident occurred in the 2800 block of North Albany Avenue on Jan. 9 around 8:17 p.m. and the other incident occurred in the 2700 block of North Francisco Avenue on Jan. 12 at 6:37 p.m., police said.

The thieves are described as four Hispanic men between 16 and 20 years old and between 5'7 and 5'10.

In one incident, the thieves wore white surgical masks and one wore a red Starter jacket with dark pants, police said.
