CHICAGO — A five-bedroom home with five en-suite bathrooms and a coach house is on the market in Lincoln Park for $2.79 million.

At 1938 N. Hudson Ave., there are both modern conveniences and original features, including bay windows, detailed trim, crown molding and handrails, according to @properties' Emily Sachs Wong.

It offers a total of 5,849 square feet of living space.

The single-family home's rooftop deck, or what Sachs Wong describes as an "entertainer's dream," has a state-of-the-art grill, built-in audio system, an integrated irrigation system and offers "outstanding" city vistas.

The entire home has an extensive audio visual system. In the basement, there's a full, custom bar.

Each bedroom comes with its own en suite bathroom, which gives the home a total of five en suite bathrooms.

Above the oversized garage there is a one-bedroom coach house, which Sachs Wong said is great for accommodating guests.

The neighborhood schools are Lincoln Park High School and Lincoln Elementary School.
