CHICAGO — A Lincoln Park home with restored antique details that was previously on the market for $2.95 million is now on the market for $2.69 million.

Built in 2009, 2540 N. Burling St. has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. It offers 6,120 square feet of living space, according to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' Joanne Nemerovski.

The single-family home has an open and flowing floor plan, Nemerovski said.

There are many restored antique features, including detailed cherry wood floors, a cherry wood-paneled elevator, a five-story curved mahogany staircase, custom window seats, ornate crown and chair moldings and 8-feet-tall mahogany doors.

New owners can retreat to one of the home's four cedar decks for al fresco dining. And the home's heating system can be put to use during cold months. There is radiant heat in the four-car garage, the basement and all of the full bathrooms.

The home also has an office and a large mud room, Nemerovski said.
