Claudette Miller and the Tenry Johns' Blues Band at Chicago B.L.U.E.S. Bar, 2519 N. Halsted St., 9:30 p.m.

Claudette Miller, a vocalist and songwriter whose sound blends Chicago blues with jazz overtones, performs with Tenry Johns' Blues Band. The Chris Duarte Group will also perform. Doors open at 8 p.m.

Chicago Funk Mafia at the Tonic Room, 2447 N. Halsted Ave., 9 p.m.

Nathan Craig at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.

Nathan Craig began his career as a standup while as a student on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he won the first annual "funniest student on campus." In 1999, Craig moved to Chicago to study at Second City. Since then Craig has performed on Comedy Central and Funny or Die. Tickets to the 21-and-over show are $25 with the purchase of two food or beverage items.
