CHICAGO — A three- or four-bedroom single-family home with an "impressive" deck and two private terraces will hit the market this January in Lincoln Park for $1.495 million.

The home at 2615 N. Burling St. is a 120-year-old "vintage gem" that has been completely redone to include "fantastic, flowing open spaces," according to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' Joanne Nemerovski.

In addition to three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, it has a "charming" living room complete with bay windows and hardwood floors, which shares a see-through fireplace with a formal dining room.

It also has an exercise room, an office and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, Italian imported tiles and custom cabinets. There is a "lovely" outdoor terrace off of the office where new owners can work outside in the fresh air, Nemerovski said.

The "deluxe" kitchen opens up to the family room, which leads to an "impressive" deck with an "amazing" outdoor area.

The master bedroom is "fabulous," boasting a private terrace, fireplace, walk-in closets and a fully-appointed bathroom.

Attached to the home is a two-car garage.

Overall, it's a "very unusual [home] with terrific style in an excellent neighborhood," Nemerovski said.
