CHICAGO — A five-bedroom home that was previously on the market in Old Town for $2.5 million is now listed for $2.2 million.

Built in 1995, 1330 N. Cleveland Ave. is a "truly unique, private urban oasis," according to @properties' Leslie Glazier.

The home offers 5,500 square feet of indoor space and sits on a lot that is about double other homes in the neighborhood, according to Glazier.

In addition to 4½ bathrooms, it comes with two kitchens and a detached room that can be used as an artist studio, yoga room or an office.

Custom countertops, reconfigured cabinets, a stainless steel farm sink, limestone backsplash and Miele appliances are among some of the improvements in the kitchen.

The home comes with a yard complete with an outdoor gas fireplace, a garden with an underground sprinkler system and patio lighting.

The neighborhood schools are Manierre Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School.
