HYDE PARK — Salsa radio DJ and dance instructor “El Caobo” will take over Promontory on Wednesday for a free night of salsa.
The DJ from WHPK-FM (88.5)'s weekly salsa show will play cha-cha-cha, salsa and other styles starting at 8 p.m. for enthusiasts and members of the University of Chicago’s Ballroom and Latin Dance Association.
Dancers of all levels are encouraged to hit the dance floor at the club at 5311 S. Lake Park Ave.
