CHICAGO — Police are warning business owners in Logan Square and Avondale of a series of robberies that occurred last month.
Police said two men have been robbing stores, often showing a weapon before using force or threats to take money from cash registers.
The robberies occurred in the 2700 block of West North Avenue at 10:20 a.m. Oct. 28; 2900 block of West Belmont Avenue oat 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 18, and 2000 block of North California Avenue at 3:40 a.m. on Oct. 6.
The robbers are described as Hispanic, 25 to 35 years old, standing between 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10, weighing 150 pounds.
