Ross Bennett at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St, 8:30 p.m.

Bennett has been performing comedy for nearly 30 years with material focused on real-life topics. He's appeared on dozens of TV shows including Comedy Central's "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn." The performance will be recorded for a live CD. Tickets to the show are $25 with the purchase of two food or drink items.

Charlie XCX at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N. Lincoln Ave., 7 p.m.

Sit in with Carl "Mojo" Kennedy on keys, Dan "Flava" Kristan on the bass, Anthony "Golden Boy" Bracco and Robert Dicke "Doozem," or just enjoy the funk from your seat Monday. There is no fee to enjoy the Round Table Jam.
