WICKER PARK —  If you're looking for some new clothes but don't want to zigzag all over the neighborhood, a multi-boutique warehouse sale packed with deals for men and women is returning to Wicker Park this weekend.

Organized by the Wicker Collective, the sale, scheduled for 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, will bring together 16 local boutiques in the 1st Ward events space at the Chop Shop, 2033 W. North Ave.

Susie Lee, owner of Moon Voyage at 2010 W. Pierce Ave., helped to organize the vendors, who will showcase clothing as well as jewelry.

Many of the shops are using the sale as a chance to clear out inventory below cost to make space for next season as well as sell new items.

"It's for the small business owners and local designers. It's a collective of all of us forming a community for the community," Lee said.

The sale attracted more than 1,200 shoppers in its inaugural event in the spring, Lee said.

Admission is free and there will be nail art sessions by manicurist AstroWifey.
