Things You Can Do in Lincoln Park and Old Town Thursday

Learn, Explore and Play at Lincoln Park Zoo, 2001 N. Clark St., 9:30-10:30 a.m.

The zoo has created an immersive playground for your young one to connect with nature through playtime. The sensory-rich playplace allows children to meet the animals, draw, build and make music on your own schedule. The nine-week session on Thursdays and Saturdays is $126 or $108 for zoo members. The class is for children ages 2-3 accompanied by an adult.

Wakey! Wakey! at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N. Lincoln Ave., 9 p.m.

Wakey! Wakey!, Ben Fields and Luke Wesley will perform in the 18-and-over show. Tickets are $15,

Wine & Wildlife: All About Apes at Lincoln Park Zoo, 2201 N. Stockton Drive, 6-8 p.m.

Two primate researchers update you on conservation efforts in Chicago and the Northern Congo while you sip wine. The evening will feature light hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Tickets are $17, or $14 for zoo members. Must be 18 or older to attend.
