Twilight Safari at Lincoln Park Zoo, 2201 N. Stockton Drive, 6-7:30 p.m.
Join one of Lincoln Park Zoo's experts for a stroll through the zoo at twilight. Each monthly safari will focus on a different section of the zoo. On Wednesday meet at the East Gate and be prepared to explore the Main Mall, the Kovler Lion House and the Kovler Sea Lion Pool. Tickets for the safari are $13 for those 16 and older, $10 for members.
Vince Maranto at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.
Vince Maranto got his start in comedy performing in suburban Chicago at the Comedy Cottage in the '80s. Maranto's versatility has allowed him to open for Martin Lawrence, Steve Harvey and Shawn Wayans. Tickets to the show are $25 with the minimum purchase of two food or drink items.
