CHICAGO — A man shot in Englewood Friday has died, authorities said.
Markise M. Darling, 19, of the 1600 block of West 61st Street, was critically wounded when he was shot about 2 p.m. Friday in the same block.
He was shot in the head and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 6:26 p.m. Saturday, authorities said. An autopsy determined he died of multiple gunshot wounds.
