CHICAGO — Steps away from the Magnificent Mile, a four-bedroom condo with "world-class amenities" is on the market for $3.9 million.

The unit at 55 E. Erie St. Unit No. 3703 was custom designed by architect Linda Searl to include 270-degree panoramic views of the city skyline and the lake as well as nine-foot windows, according to Coldwell Banker's Jennifer Ames.

In addition to its proximity to "luxury boutiques, world-class dining, lively nightlife and celebrated cultural institutions," the building is just a few blocks from the Red Line, according to Ames.

Of the 10 total rooms, the unit has four bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms.

The main level has an open floor plan that allows for "elegant entertaining," according to Ames. There is an eat-in kitchen outfitted with all stainless steel appliances, living and dining rooms and a balcony offering city vistas.

On the second level — after walking up the "marvelous" floating staircase — there are four en-suite bedrooms, a media room with an east-facing terrace and a laundry room, according to the listing.

The southwest corner master suite has a number of amenities including a fireplace, an opal bath and a cedar-lined walk-in closet, according to Ames.

The unit is within a full-service, luxury high-rise, offering onsite dry cleaners, a full-length lap pool and sauna, bike storage and 24-hour door staff, among other things.

Have a car? There are four deeded parking spaces available to buy.

The neighborhood schools are Ogden Elementary School and Wells Community Academy.
