CHICAGO — A man was stabbed to death on the Northwest Side late Friday.
The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m., according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a police spokeswoman.
Police were initially called to a "well-being check" in the 5800 block of North Mobile Avenue in the Norwood Park East neighborhood after neighbors reported a fight outside, Sedevic said.
Upon arrival, police found a man 36, in the kitchen of a home with multiple stab wounds in his body, Sedevic said.
Police said he was pronounced dead on the scene. No other information was immediately available.
No one is in custody, and detectives are investigating.
