CHICAGO — The Rock the Night 5K will start at 7 p.m. Thursday at Soldier Field, and a post-race party will include music from Big Head Todd and the Monsters.
Runners can also raise money for the Special Olympics and may have their registration fee covered if they hit set fundraising goals.
Race the Night 5K participants will receive a goodie bag and a long-sleeved technical half-zip top and a drawstring bag, and the top three men's and women's overall finishers will receive awards at the post-race party.
Registration is available online and costs $50 until registration closes.
