COOK COUNTY CRIMINAL COURTHOUSE — Two men complaining of a toothache knocked over a West Side pharmacy, making off with a stash of Viagra and thousands of pain pills, prosecutors said.

Frank Jemison, 43, and Rudolph Fleming, 57, went to a health clinic and pharmacy in the 4800 block of West Lake Street on July 25, prosecutors said. They were allowed into the clinic because one of them complained of a toothache.

Once inside, the two pulled a gun, prosecutors said. They demanded Viagra and a cornucopia of pain medication, stealing more than 3,000 pills in all.

The two wrapped clinic employees' wrists in duct tape, and then escaped with a Toshiba laptop, 56 Viagra pills, 2,300 Norco pills, 720 Xanax pills, and $65, according to a police report.

Jemison, who has a long record of drug charges dating back to 1990, was caught by police on a few days after the robbery in the 3600 block of West 13th Street with a paper bag full of pharmaceuticals, according to the report.

Jemison, of the 1600 block of South Drake Avenue, and Fleming, of the 1900 block of South Spaulding, are both charged with armed robbery, attempted armed robbery and possession of a controlled substance.

Jemison appeared in bond court on July 30 and was ordered held on $300,000 bond. Fleming, arrested on Wednesday, appeared in court Thursday. A Cook County judge set his bail at $325,000.
