CHICAGO — Dermatologists will offer skin cancer screenings for free at a Saturday event at North Avenue Beach.
Those with concerns about their skin — whether it be because of moles, wrinkles or too much tanning — will be able to meet with one of a dozen or so dermatologists for examinations at the beach, 1600 N. Lake Shore Drive. People of all ethnicities are susceptible to skin cancer, organizers said.
The screenings will run from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday.
