CHICAGO — Ald. Rey Colon was charged with driving under the influence after being stopped by police on the Eisenhower Expy. Friday morning, State Police said.
The incident occurred about 1 a.m. near Homan Avenue, according to Monique Bond, a State Police spokeswoman.
Colon's DUI charge is a misdemeanor.
