LINCOLN PARK — The fruits of DePaul University students' labor will be for sale on Thursday.

DePaul Urban Farming Organization's first farm stand of the season is set for 4-6 p.m. in the Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center, 2235 N. Sheffield Ave.

The student organization will be selling bok choy, arugula, galactic lettuce, beets, a variety of herbs, herb seedlings to start your own garden, mizuna, tatsoi, squash flowers and more.

The produce has been growing in the DePaul Urban Garden, which was created in 2012 on a plot at the corner of Belden Avenue and Bissell Street.

The student group held its first farm stand last summer, and decided to continue this summer after its success.
