• Joel's show starts at 8 p.m. Friday. The concert marks his first solo performance in Chicago in seven years. He's also making history as the only musical artist to play the ballpark twice.

Shelton swings into town Saturday with a 7 p.m. show. Doors open at 5 p.m., and opening acts include The Band Perry, Neal McCoy and Dan + Shay.

• Parking is not allowed on the following streets from 2 p.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday:

Clark, both sides from Newport to Addison
Clark, east side only, Waveland to Irving Park
Clark, west side only, Patterson to Addison
Irving Park, both sides from Clark to Seminary

• The following streets will be closed. Fire lanes will remain open:

Waveland, from Sheffield to Clark, Friday and Saturday
Sheffield, from Addison to Waveland, Friday to Thursday

• If you want to grab a taxi or car service, all pickups have to happen on Irving Park Road between Clark and Seminary streets (east of Clark). Taxis will also be staged along Clark Street, south of Addison Street on the west side of the street.

• To stem congestion, there'll be parking and free shuttles at the Cubs remote lot, 3900 N. Rockwell St. The lot opens at 5:30 p.m. Friday and 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

LV2 parking restrictions will be in effect in Lakeview from 5-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Cars without an LV2 decal or guest pass will be ticketed.
