Grant Park Chorus To Perform in South Shore

HYDE PARK — The Grant Park Chorus will trek down to South Shore Thursday for a performance of works by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and other composers.

The chorus will perform Tchaikovsky’s “The Cherubic Hymn” and “The Legend,” as well as works by John Tavener and Ben Parry at 7 p.m. at the South Shore Cultural Center, 7059 S. South Shore Drive.

The concert is free and will be led by conductor Christopher Bell.
