'Writing in the Margins' Panel Aims to Give Voice to Artists

CHICAGO — Traditionally marginalized artists will have a place to be heard at the first "Writing in the Margins" panel Thursday.

The panel, which will feature Chicago artist Jenny Lam and four other artists, will "explore the relationship between writers, artists and their various audiences," according to the event's information page.

The event is from 6-8 p.m. in the Zhou B Art Center, 1029 W. 35th St. The event is hosted by Sixty Inches From Center, an online magazine.
