Punchline Panic at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.

Eight of Chicago's best comedians get 1½ hours to write new material about a common theme in the monthly contest hosted by Emily Galati and Nate Weatherup. Tickets are $10 with the minimum purchase of two food or drink items.

Monday's Round Table Jam at the Tonic Room, 2447 N. Halsted Avenue, 10 p.m.

Sit in with Carl "Mojo" Kennedy on keys, Dan "Flava" Kristan on the bass, Anthony "Golden Boy" Bracco and Robert Dicke "Doozem" or just enjoy the funk from your seat Monday. There is no fee to enjoy the Round Table Jam.

Meatless Monday Supper Club at Whole Foods, 1550 N. Kingsbury St., 7 p.m.

Head to Lincoln Park's Cooking Classroom at Whole Foods for tonight's Indian-themed dinner from 7-8:30 p.m. Tickets are $20.
