Nike Training Club
LINCOLN PARK — '80s pop beats will be ringing from the south end of Lincoln Park this weekend during a free Nike workout.
Nike Training Club is in the midst of a six-week summer tour and Saturday's stop will be in Lincoln Park.
Nike trainers will kick off the workout at 9:45 a.m. on the south fields.
The workout will start with a 1- to 2-mile run or dynamic stretching followed by a high-impact intensity training workout.

Nike previously held classes at the Nike Training Club's only storefront location at 833 W. Armitage Ave. before that shop closed in December.
