CHINATOWN — Representatives from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois will be on hand at a special seminar to help address questions related to the Affordable Care Act.

The seminar, part of the library's "Money Smart" series, takes place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Chinatown branch of the Chicago Public Library, 2353 S. Wentworth Ave.

Organizers of the event say they'll cover a wide range of topics, including how to enroll in a health insurance plan during a Special Enrollment Period, defined by the federal government as "a time outside of the open enrollment period during which you and your family have a right to sign up for job-based health coverage."

The session is free.
