LAKEVIEW — If you've been hoarding old laptops and microwave ovens, Ald. Tom Tunney (44th) is ready to take them off your hands.

On Saturday, Tunney is hosting his annual recycling day at 330 W. Diversey Pkwy. from 9 a.m. to noon.

The company COM-2 Recycling Solutions will collect computers, computer accessories, office equipment, small home appliances, home improvement products, software, CDs and DVDs.

Cintas Document Management will be on hand to shred documents.

The company asks that you remove staples, paper clips and binder clips before you arrive. There's a limit of two boxes or containers per household.
