CHICAGO — Ten people were sent to hospitals after a CTA bus crashed with a medium-sized truck in Greater Grand Crossing Friday afternoon, fire officials said.
The incident occurred in the 7900 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue about 12:50 p.m.
Six of the injured were sent to hospitals in serious condition. Four others taken to hospitals are in good condition.
Those hospitalized were sent to St. Bernard Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital, Jackson Park Hospital and University of Chicago Hospitals.
One person refused medical attention, officials said.
