The victims were standing in the 7900 block of South Vincennes Avenue when two gunmen walked up and began shooting about 9:50 p.m., police said.

Jajuan Porter, 18, of the 600 block of East 131st Street, was shot multiple times in his body and pronounced dead on the scene at 9:58 p.m., authorities said.

A 26-year-old man was shot in his chest and shoulder. He is critical condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center.

Police said the shooting might have been gang-related. No one was in custody.
