CHICAGO — A 28-year-old man was stabbed to death Wednesday by his girlfriend in Marquette Park, police said.
The attack happened about 6:40 p.m., when the victim was stabbed in the chest in his home in the 6800 block of South Talman Avenue, police said. Officers are calling the incident domestic-related, but offered few other details.
Larry Martin, 28, was rushed to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
Police said they are looking for Martin's 23-year-old girlfriend, who is not in custody.
