CHICAGO — A man was killed in an apparent hit-and-run Sunday night in Avondale.
The man, believed to be in his 50s, was found unresponsive in an alley in the 2900 block of North Milwaukee Avenue about 11:55 p.m. Sunday, said Officer Michael Sullivan, a police spokesman.
Police are investigating the case as a hit-and-run.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene at 12:10 a.m. Monday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No further information was immediately available.
