CHICAGO — Police are warning residents to be alert after three reported burglaries last week in the city's West Town neighborhood.
In each incident, burglars entered residences through unlocked windows during the daytime, police said.
The crimes occurred:
• In the 800 block of North Winchester Avenue on March 11.
• In the 800 block of North Wolcott Avenue on Sunday.
• In the 800 block of North Wolcott Avenue on Monday.
Police are asking anyone with information to call detectives at 312-747-8382.
