CHICAGO — The "Shady Bandit" struck again Thursday, robbing an Andersonville bank, and marking at least her fifth bank robbery on the North Side since April, authorities said.

Around 2 p.m., the bandit, who earned the nickname for "her habit of wearing dark sunglasses" walked into the TCF Bank at 5516 N. Clark St. and demanded cash. The woman did not show a weapon before leaving with an undisclosed amount of money, said the FBI.

The woman wore her signature sunglasses, a black parka with a fur-lined hood, red shoes, black gloves, and a black-and-white-patterned knit cap during the robbery Thursday afternoon. The woman is described as a black woman around 35-years-old standing about 5'6" or 5'7".

The woman is also wanted for robbing a TCF Bank in Uptown last month along with these robberies:

TCF Bank, 5343 N. Broadway, on April 26.

• TCF Bank, 3531 N. Broadway, on May 21.

TCF Bank, 3531 N. Broadway, on Nov. 20.
