LOGAN SQUARE — Here they come again.

The Chicago League of Lady Arm Wrestlers will battle it out again this weekend for CLLAW XVIII, and reigning champ CHI-quita Flores will try to hold onto her title and the coveted CLLAW trophy, which is to say some "Incredible Hulk" foam hands spray painted gold.

This will be the 18th chapter of this show and competition presented by Sideshow Theatre Co. In what has become a semi-annual event at the Logan Square Auditorium, 2539 N. Kedzie Blvd., CLLAW XVIII is sure to be filled with plenty of arm-to-arm combat, wild costumes and enough bluster to feel the auditorium several times over.

This weekend's bout will benefit the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation and promises to be "bigger and better," or at least have some weirder-than-ever costumes.

"I feel the costumes do get more and more out there and every time," said Sideshow Theatre spokesman David Rosenberg. "It's so much fun."

As with previous events, 14 wrestlers with names like Gorrison Killer, Macho Ma'am Candy Savage and Hillary Rod-arm Clinton will wrestle one-on-one until just one remains.

Spectators will get "CLLAWBUX," which they can use to "bet" on the wrestlers and enter raffles for prizes.

CLLAW XVIII will begin 10 p.m. Saturday at the Logan Auditorium. More information and tickets can be found here.
