CHICAGO — A toddler boy was found alone on an Avalon Park street corner late Thursday night without a coat, shoes or hat, police said.

Found about 11:50 p.m. in the 8200 block of South Avalon Ave., the boy was taken to Trinity Hospital where he was listed in good condition.

After issuing an alert looking for the boy's family, police confirmed that his mother had been found about 5:30 a.m. Friday.
