CHICAGO — Police are investigating the death of a Far North Side man found shot to death Friday in Auburn Gresham.
Robert Udrow, 34, of the 5300 block of North Linder Avenue in Jefferson Park, was shot multiple times in the 8000 block of South Sangamon Avenue, said Officer Veejay Zala, a police spokesman.
Udrow was shot in his legs and abdomen about 9 a.m., and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition, Zala said. He was pronounced dead there at 11:02 a.m., the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said.
Area South detectives are investigating the homicide, Zala said.
