The home at 2339 N. Commonwealth Ave. No. 5C, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was listed by Bobbie Marek of Dream Town Realty.
There's a kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a dining room with French doors.
The home, which was built in the 1920s, was last sold for $327,000 in December 2011, according to real estate website Zillow.
The brick and limestone building, which Marek said is well maintained by an engineer who lives there, is close to the park and the lake.
"Everything is at your fingertips," Marek said.
